    The rate named in this tariff is subject, except as noted herein, to the Rules and Regulations published in MIPC, LLC F.E.R.C. No. 2.0.0, supplements thereto and re-issues thereof.
    When operating conditions permit, MIPC, LLC will transfer refined petroleum products destined for interstate movement through its existing manifold facilities to other common carrier pipeline companies directly connected to carrier’s manifold facilities at the rate shown herein.
